Servers
  • Friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
  • Server is the primary source of information for guests as to the food and beverage offerings of our restaurant.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in similar service atmosphere
  • Must have wine knowledge and be able to suggest and serve bottles of wine properly.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 30 to 35 pounds.
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.

Catering Sales Manager
We are currently looking a Catering Sales Manager position. The ideal candidate must have at two years experience in the industry and must be able to manage agressive selling goals. Focus on the Corporate Catering Market and the Wedding/Social Market. Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance. Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other catering sales related meetings as required. Work with other departments within the restaurant to provide quality service to customers. Attend community/social events and industry meetings. Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

Bartenders
  • Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
  • Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, speed rails, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas. Wipes liquor bottles daily.
  • Learns food menu to be able to answer questions and explain all items in detail; making appropriate recommendations to customers.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in similar service atmosphere
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.

Bussers
  • No previous restaurant experience required.
  • Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring bread, butter and water to table.
  • Remove used tableware between courses, crumb tables, and provide tableware for next course.
  • Clear tables after guests leave. Take tableware to dishroom and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
  • Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.

Host/Hostess
  • Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival.
  • Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes.
  • Check coats during colder weather months; work on outdoor patio during warm months.
  • Answer phones promptly and courteously, taking reservations, answering questions about hours of operation and directions, etc.
  • Learn the computerized reservation system, Open Table, and utilize properly.
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Must have exceptional grooming habits and personality.

Line Cooks
  • Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
  • Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
  • Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).

Prep Cooks
  • Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.
  • Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

Dishwashers
  • Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
  • Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
  • Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster at designated times.
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required, as well as restrooms and guest areas.
  • No previous restaurant experience required.
  • Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
  • Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
